Employees from across the country participate in the auditions with full enthusiasm to become a part of top three finalists. It is a rigorous competition driven by a series of qualifying rounds. All finalists go through grooming sessions by experts from the industry. The finalists perform in the Edelweiss Titans event and get a chance to display their talent in front Celebrity judge.

Edelweiss ensures that employees enjoy their work thoroughly. To keep employees motivated and enthusiastic about work, there are engagement activities that keep on happening every year. Each year, three festivals – Holi, Diwali and Christmas are celebrated pan India in all Edelweiss branches. Adding further to their celebration, they go for an annual outbound program in locations across India and spend time bonding with the team.

It does not stop at celebrations; we consider & encourage individual passion too. For sports enthusiasts, we organize cricket and soccer tournaments, poker tournaments and marathon every year.

At Edelweiss, we encourage each employee to inculcate a healthier lifestyle. With this in mind Edelhealth – The Umbrella Brand for all Wellness Programs at Edelweiss has been initiated. Edelhealth has created various clubs like the Running Club, Photography Club and Adventure Club where we provide opportunities to our employees to follow their passion.

It invites eminent speakers where interactive sessions are conducted to spread awareness on various health topics/issues. Various wellness events like Power Yoga, Eye Check-up Camps, Bone Density Camps, Ergonomics, etc. are conducted at the office premises for all employees. Employees are also given access to order Medicines Online (E-medicine Galaxy – Online Medicine ordering portal developed for Edelweiss).
